Harbor’s Mercy Action team is overseen by Harbor’s deacons, but primarily comprises members and regular attenders who have a heart for mercy. This team is designed to meet needs as well as mobilize our people to meet needs within the congregation and our surrounding community.
In order to meet financial needs, the Mercy Action Team discerns how to best dispense the Mercy Fund. However, their goal is not simply to do merciful acts but to mobilize the congregation to live merciful lives. They have taken the lead in modeling and mobilizing our folks to serve in several areas in West Manatee County.
